Open end rotor spinning frame has seen relevant sales in the last year thanks to the consolidated Suessen spinning unit, to the flexibility of the total independent fronts and to the availability of the last AMSLER device for shot yarns. 

Savio rotor spinning frame is recognized by the market as the best open end machine, thanks to the total independent fronts. The different counts with the different rotor speed, twisting values and taking-up speed can all be obtained on the same machine. Quality and production results are guaranteed also  thanks to the Suessen SC-S spinning unit. The machine mail PC controls all the parameters of the process for every independent front. According to yarn count and machine length, can be installed up to 4 trolleys for piecing and doffing. Trolley patrolling is intelligent and the number of spindles controlled by every trolley can be modified by the PC. The machine can also be equipped with every type of Uster and Barco clearers, now present with YARN MASTER 3N1.
